Get started today with our yoga and fitness classes and discover how you can live an inspired, empowered life. Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calm body, mind, and spirit.
What You Need For Class
-a yoga mat (we have mats available for purchase and some studio mats available to borrow)
-stretchy, comfortable clothes - practice is done barefoot
-respect for your body- only do what is right for your body on that day, every day is different
-a good attitude and a smile
-Arrive to class 10-15 minutes early so you can sign in and have time to center, focus and settle your soul.
-Arriving late can be disruptive to others.
-Please turn off phones or leave them in the car.
-Do not disrupt savasana, if you need to leave class early please do so before final resting pose.
-Avoid strong perfumes and fragrances.
-Speak softly and unroll your mat quietly.
-Yoga is non-competitive. Relax, breathe and enjoy!

Family Fun Yoga=$5 per attendee
Gift Cards available at the studio. We are only at the studio during class times but are happy to meet you at a pre-arranged time for any purchases.
Workshops & Events:
Special series, events and workshops are individually priced.
$75 per hour for up to 3 people of similar skill level.
Semester Pricing available to college students (with ID):
$250 per semester (up to 40 classes)
